How do I place an order?
Simply browse products, add items to your cart, select your delivery address, choose payment method (Xendit), and place your order. The store will confirm and delivery will be arranged via Lalamove or Grab.
How does delivery work?
We partner with Lalamove and Grab for all deliveries across the Philippines. Once your order is confirmed by the store, a rider is assigned and you can track your delivery in real-time. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and vehicle type.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Xendit payments (credit/debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD). You can choose your preferred method at checkout. All payments are secure.
How can I become a vendor?
Click on "Sell on Afri Seasons" in the top navigation, register as a vendor, and create your store. Once approved, you can start listing products and accepting orders. It's free to join!
What is your return policy?
Returns are handled directly with the store. Contact the store through our platform within 7 days of delivery for any issues. Each store has its own return policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also view your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account.
What areas do you deliver to?
Currently, we deliver across Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and other major cities in the Philippines. We're expanding to more locations soon!
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and you'll receive a reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes! We take security seriously. All transactions are encrypted with Xendit's secure payment gateway, and we never share your personal information with third parties.
